Energy Medicine Level 1

Energy Medicine Level 1 is the foundation of learning how to work with energy in a clear, grounded, and meaningful way. Most people move through life without ever being taught how to read the body beyond symptoms. Yet the body is always communicating through sensation, energy, shifts in state, and subtle signals that often appear long before anything becomes obvious. This training begins to build that awareness. Level 1 offers a refined introduction to energy awareness and Energy, designed for those who want depth, clarity, and a stronger relationship with their own inner system. It is both practical and expansive, giving you a framework to understand energy not as a vague concept but as something you can begin to sense, work with, and apply. Inside this self-paced training, you will learn: - the chakra system, aura, and vibrational frequency - the history and principles of Reiki - how to channel healing energy for yourself, and begin understanding how it may support others Upon enrolment, you will receive: - the full recorded training to move through at your own pace - the Energy Awareness & Reiki Level 1 manual - unlimited access to all guided meditations and techniques within the course - a dedicated 1:1 Attunement Session with me, either in person or via Zoom This final session is where the training becomes personal. It is where you receive your assessment, deepen your understanding, and begin to connect the work more directly to your own experience. Students leave Level 1 with more than knowledge.
