FLOATING SOUND IMMERSIONS
ENSO is the first in Kenya to offer and host Floating Soundbaths - a sound immersion where you lie back and float while frequencies move through both air and water. As you drift, crystal bowls, gongs, and tones travel through your body, deeply soothing the nervous system and creating a unique sense of weightlessness, safety, and emotional release.
