The Unfolding is a floating sound bath designed to create the conditions for subtle but meaningful discovery. Not through effort or analysis, but through stillness, sound, and the gentle support of water.

This is not an experience of fixing, improving, or becoming someone else.

It is an invitation to listen beneath habit, beneath tension, beneath the parts of you that are always trying to hold things together.

We begin on land with a short grounding meditation and quiet reflective prompts — not to search for answers, but to notice what is already present. From there, you are guided into the water, where sound and silence support the nervous system to settle, soften, and reorganise naturally.
