Spinal Energetics works with the spine and nervous system to access and release stored emotional and energetic patterns held in the body. Through subtle facilitation, the system is invited into movement, expression, and discharge, supporting deep regulation and integration. This modality is offered at both Kitisuru and Karen, where the environment supports somatic depth and embodied release.
Cancellation Policy
Booking All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance via the online booking system or by prior arrangement. Session durations vary depending on the nature of the work and the needs of the individual on the day. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a booked session, are non-refundable. Sessions cancelled with more than 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once, subject to availability. Validity of Rescheduled Sessions Rescheduled sessions must be used within 90 days of the original booking date. Sessions not redeemed within this period will be forfeited. Packages For multi-session packages, the same cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to each individual session within the package. Unused sessions are not transferable and must be used within the agreed package timeframe. Exchanges Sessions and packages are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other services, events, or products. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. This policy allows us to hold the work with clarity, respect time commitments, and maintain availability for all clients.
